GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE PROVIDED BY THE MERCHANT OF THE KODIFE ELECTRONIC STORE . BG
The General Terms and Conditions come into force from the moment the user first accesses the site or creates a user profile and are applicable to each visit and use of the services and resources of the site, and are valid until the deletion / deletion / of the account and/or cessation of use of the site.
“ COCO-SOZOPOLIS” EOOD reserves the right to change these terms unilaterally.
Any User who continues to use the site after the publication of the changes and has not exercised his right to disagree with the changes within the statutory period is deemed to accept and agree to the new General Terms and Conditions.
These general terms and conditions regulate the relations between “KOKO-SOZOPOLIS” EOOD, Bulgaria, 1404, Sofia, 15 Tvardishki Prohod Street, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 202632513, owner of the website KODIFE .BG and any person who uses the services or has access to the resources provided through the website. This document binds all users, registered or unregistered, using the services of the online store www. kodife .com .
We reserve the right to refuse orders without any costs to the user in the event of a technical error on our site and an announced price difference. COCO-SOZOPOLIS LTD does not owe compensation in any way to the user, except to refund the amounts paid by the user in advance when there are technical errors in the publication of information or the use of discount codes during a promotion!

DEFINITIONS “USER ” – anyone who has loaded the website www. www. kodife .bg in their browser , as well as a user within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.
"ADMINISTRATOR " means “KOKO-SOZOPOLIS” EOOD, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 202632513 with registered office and management address: Bulgaria, 1404, Sofia, 15 Tvardishki Prohod Street
“ CPA” – means the Consumer Protection Act.
“PDPA” – means the Personal Data Protection Act.
“SITE” – the domain www. kodife . com and its subdomains, if any.
“ ONLINE STORE” – www. kodife . com is an e-commerce website – for the sale and delivery of the goods published on it, on behalf of
“ COCO-SOZOPOLIS” LTD.
"USER" - is a natural person who visualizes on the device used by him any information posted on the site, from the moment of visualization until the moment of final termination of his access to the information.
" PERSONAL DATA" - means personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.
"COD PAYMENT" - means cash on delivery within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.
“ GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS” means these general terms and conditions. By clicking on any link, button or application located on the site, except for the link pointing to these general terms and conditions, the user expressly and unconditionally agrees to these general terms and conditions for the use of the site and the online store.
" ORDER" - an electronic document representing a communication form between the seller and the buyer, through which the buyer declares to the seller his intention to purchase goods and services through the website www. kodife .bg , by request by phone or requests sent by e-mail.
" GOODS, ITEMS AND SERVICES" - any subject of the contract between a seller and a buyer for purchase and sale from the website.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. This document contains General Terms and Conditions, according to which the TRADER provides services to its users through the Internet store /www. kodife .bg /. These terms and conditions are binding on all users.
2. Identification of the user/client for the purpose of reproducing his statement both for accepting the General Terms and Conditions and for the order placed is carried out through the log files stored on the server of /www. kodife .bg /, storage of the IP address of the user/client, as well as any other information.
3. The products located on the website of / www . kodife .bg / do not constitute a legally binding offer, but are rather a demonstrative online catalog describing the product line of the trader.
4. After clicking on the "ORDER" button, users agree to purchase the goods in their cart. This action has a legally binding force. The Customer receives confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract is considered to have been concluded. A Contract is concluded upon sending the order or upon confirmation.
5. The TRADER reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. In the event of a lack of stock of the requested goods, within the working week the TRADER shall notify the user/client of its exhaustion by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Customer or to the specified telephone number. In the event that a transfer has been made to the Merchant's account, the client will be able to choose between a refund, cancellation of the order or through a replacement order.
6. The contractual language is Bulgarian, and payments will be made in Bulgarian leva with VAT.
II. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made via the courier company Speedy.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Courier costs are not included in the price of the goods and are charged separately when ordering! For orders over 200 BGN, delivery is free to the office of the courier company SPEEDY! All orders placed on weekdays until 2:00 PM are processed on the same business day and are received by you within 3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day! Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on Official holidays are processed on the first business day. Deliveries to settlements with a special delivery schedule are carried out according to the schedule for the settlement.
The Buyer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, has the right to replace or return a Product requested by him within 14 /fourteen/ calendar days from the date of arrival of the item at the courier company's office or upon its delivery to the address specified by the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
If the buyer states that he wishes to replace or return the product he ordered within 14 (fourteen) days, he should notify the Merchant and return the Product as follows:
Before returning the products, please contact the customer service team at +359 89 5774417 (Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 17:30) or by email at kodife@abv.bg within 14 days of receiving the goods to send us an unambiguous application (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email or the electronic form at kodife@abv.bg ), providing your name, address and, if available, telephone number, fax and email address. You can also use the standard withdrawal form: https://www. kodife .com/files/Pravo_Na_Otkaz_Standarten_Formulyar_2.pdf , according to the ZPA, but this is not mandatory.
It is recommended that you write down the order number or invoice number together with the names and IBAN of the account holder to which the amount should be refunded, in case you paid by cash on delivery. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the cancellation statement to the email address you provided.
1. The products must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging and box /carton/ and you must ensure that the products have not been changed, modified or used.
2. With the original labels, without indications that the Product has been used or damaged in any way.
3. Invoice and receipt must be attached. Returned items without an invoice and receipt will not be accepted.
4. A mandatory condition for exchanging or returning a product is that a FRAGILE indicator is attached to the product, and this must be declared to the courier company SPEEDY by the customer when handing over the product.
5. When exchanging or returning goods, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by the customer.
6. Each shipment is inspected and if any of the requirements are found to be missing, the shipment will not be accepted and the amount will not be refunded.
7. RETURN ADDRESS :

The item can be replaced with the same or a new one, and in case of a price difference, the amount will be refunded or will be added as cash on delivery when sending the new shipment.
Upon return, if the customer has taken advantage of free delivery (i.e. the delivery to the courier was paid by KODIFE . bg instead of the customer), then the customer owes a refund of the cost of the courier service, which is done by deducting the amount for free delivery from the amount that should be refunded.
The refund of the amount is made by money transfer through the courier company SPEEDY within 10 working days /14 calendar days / from the date of arrival of the goods at the courier company.
The refund will be as follows:
- By your debit/credit card, if payment for the order was made through it and you have not indicated otherwise.
- To the bank account that you sent us with the statement of withdrawal from the contract, in case the payment for the order was made by postal money transfer by courier.
We will send you an email notification when the payment is made to you. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account may vary and is determined by the respective bank. Please contact your bank for more details.
RETURNING A GIFT
An exchange of a product that you received as a gift from our customer is not possible. If you wish to return a gift, the customer who made the purchase must follow the return process as described above and they will receive the amount for the returned products.
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
When you receive your order, you are required to inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately if they are damaged. Please tick the box for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. It is normal for the shipping packaging to be damaged, but if you notice any damage to the products in your order, please save the box, packaging materials and contents and contact us as soon as possible on +359 89 5774417.
III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER/CLIENT
10. The user/client has the opportunity to view and /after registration/ order the advertised goods on the Internet store /www. kodife.bg/ .
11. The user/client has the right to be informed about the status of his order.
12. The user/client is fully responsible for the protection of his username and password, as well as for all actions performed by him or a third party using the username and password. The user is obliged to immediately notify the TRADER of any case of unauthorized access using his username and password, as well as whenever there is a danger of such use.
13. The user is obliged to pay the price of his order according to the method announced on the page /www. kodife.bg/ .
14. Every user, regardless of whether he is a client of the MERCHANT, is obliged when using the services:
• not to violate and respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts;
• not to harm the good name of another and not to call for a violent change of the constitutionally established order, to commit a crime, to violence against the person or to incite racial, national, ethnic or religious enmity;
• not to violate other people's property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
• to comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, the rules of morality and good manners and Internet ethics when using the services provided by KODIFE . bg ; • to immediately notify the MERCHANT of any case of a committed or discovered violation when using the services provided; • not to upload, send, transmit, distribute or use in any way and not to make available to third parties software, computer programs, files, applications or other materials containing computer viruses, unauthorized remote control systems ("Trojan horses"), computer codes, or materials intended to interrupt, hinder, disrupt or limit the normal functioning of computer hardware or software or telecommunications facilities or aimed at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software; • not to carry out malicious actions; • to indemnify the MERCHANT and all third parties for all damages suffered and lost profits, including for any costs and paid attorney's fees, resulting from claims brought by and/or compensation paid to third parties in connection with Internet pages, hyperlinks, materials or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, made available to third parties or made available through / www. kodife .bg / in violation of the law, these General Terms and Conditions, Good Manners or Internet Ethics; 14a. The Customer undertakes to provide an accurate and valid telephone number, delivery address and e-mail address, to pay the price of the goods, to pay the costs of delivery when the same is not free of charge and to provide access and the possibility of receiving the goods. In the event that it is not explicitly stated that the delivery is free of charge, the same is considered to be refundable.
IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRADER
15. The TRADER does not have the obligation and objective ability to control the way in which users use the services provided.
16. The TRADER has the right, but not the obligation, to preserve materials and information located on the server of / www. kodife .bg /.
17. The TRADER has the right at any time, without notifying the User/client, when the latter uses the services in violation of these terms and conditions, as well as at the TRADER's discretion, to terminate, suspend or change the services provided in connection with the use of the site. The TRADER is not liable to users and third parties for damages and lost profits resulting from the termination, suspension, change or limitation of the services, deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages, materials or information transmitted, used, recorded or made available through / www. kodife .bg /.
17a. The MERCHANT, after receiving payment, is obliged to transfer to the consumer/client the ownership of the goods requested for purchase by him/her, to deliver the goods requested for purchase on time, to check the integrity of each item before sending it (if this is possible without damaging the integrity of the packaging).
18. The MERCHANT is not liable for any damage caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or for any loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the services provided. The advice, consultations or assistance provided by the MERCHANT's specialists and employees in connection with the use of the services by the users does not give rise to any liability or obligations for the MERCHANT. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracy of the information about the goods specified by the manufacturer.
19 The MERCHANT has the right to collect and use information relating to its Users/customers, regardless of whether they are registered.
20. The information under the previous article may be used by the TRADER, except in the case of explicit disagreement of the User, sent to the following e-mail address: kodife@abv.bg
The TRADER collects and uses the information to improve the services offered. All purposes for which the TRADER will use the information will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts and good morals.
21. The MERCHANT is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract in the event of circumstances that the MERCHANT did not foresee and was not obliged to foresee - including, cases of random events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond the control of the MERCHANT.
22. The TRADER has the right to install cookies on the users' computers. Cookies are text files that are saved by the website on the user's hard drive and allow the recovery of information about the user, identifying him and allowing tracking of his actions, the websites he visits, the hyperlinks he uses, the information he uses and records, and others.
V. PERSONAL DATA
23 The TRADER guarantees to its Users/Clients the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or made known to third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions. The TRADER protects the personal data of the user/client, which became known to him when filling out the electronic form for making a purchase application, and this obligation is waived in the event that the Client has provided false data. In compliance with the applicable legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the TRADER may use the Client's personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes provided for in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data are used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, the rules of morality and good manners.
23a The TRADER undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties - state authorities, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where he has received the express written consent of the Client, the information is requested by state authorities or officials who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information. The TRADER is obliged to provide the information by virtue of the law.
VI. AMENDMENTS
24 The General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by the TRADER, who has the right to change the characteristics of the services provided and these General Terms and Conditions and on the basis of changes in the legislation. The TRADER undertakes to notify the User of the changes to the General Terms and Conditions by publishing a notice of their changes in a prominent place on its website and giving a sufficient period to familiarize himself with them. Within the given period, if the User does not declare that he rejects the changes, then he is considered bound by them. In the event that the User declares within the given period that he does not agree with the changes, then the TRADER has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the User.
IX. TERMINOLOGY
25. “User/client” means anyone who has loaded the website / www . kodife . bg / on their computer.
26. “Order” means the selected goods and all other attributes related to the method of delivery and payment of the goods by the Customer/User.
27. The online store / www. kodif e.bg / is the property of the MERCHANT.
28. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and good will. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes, including disputes arising from or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the contract or adapt it to newly arising circumstances, shall be resolved by the competent court of registration of the TRADER, in accordance with Bulgarian law.
