Return policy

If the buyer states that he wishes to replace or return the product he ordered within 14 (fourteen) days, he should notify the Merchant and return the Product as follows:

Before returning the products, please contact the customer service team at +359 89 5774417 (Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 17:30) or by email at kodife@abv.bg within 14 days of receiving the goods to send us an unambiguous application (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email or the electronic form at kodife@abv.bg ), providing your name, address and, if available, telephone number, fax and email address. You can also use the standard withdrawal form:  https://www. kodife .com/files/Pravo_Na_Otkaz_Standarten_Formulyar_2.pdf according to the ZPA, but this is not mandatory.

It is recommended that you write down the order number or invoice number together with the names and IBAN of the account holder to which the amount should be refunded, in case you paid by cash on delivery. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the cancellation statement to the email address you provided.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items may not be eligible for return.

  1. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support at kodife@abv.bg to initiate a return request.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund as applicable.
