"Red Shoes" is the name of the ballet film from 1948, for which Jacques Fath designed the incredible costumes of prima ballerina Moira Shearer. In 1950, Fath designed an elegant red silk dress of the same name, worn by model Betina. This incredible dress inspired the perfumer for this fragrance with a sparkling opening with this first fresh sensation. Blue ginger and pink pepper evoke the cold and metallic colours of the silk and satin dress. The lush Damascus rose absolute emphasises the richness of masterful patchouli, both spreading a very strong fragrance.
